The overall rating is zero to include customer service and value of work. They come out on 16 May, give an estimate for repair work around the house to paint, repair wood siding, install front door and bath door. But when the day comes no show. Twice they committed to coming out on a certain date and twice no show, not even the decency of a phone call to say they were not coming. Today, after complaining on Home Advisor message center, they call to say they did not come out because their business partner gave a too low of an estimate but could not say why they did not call me to discuss. Bottom line... worst of all, I lost out on time getting work done and lost out on other **real professionals** doing the work. I should have known they were going to be a problem when they start to complain about Home Advisor fee when they get a referral and how he does not really like Home Advisor but his young brother does. And, how he was going to do a great job for us so he could get great recommendations from us in the neighborhood. Well, today,I get the call to apologize for not knowing my situation but the estimate Zack (one of the owners) gave was too low. After 3 weeks, now they tell me they want to renegotiate. How funny. And how funny two business partners cannot get their story together or at least call the customer. I have to place a 0.5 star or the system will not accept my review. My real rating a **Big Zero**. P.S. There is no exaggeration on my review. 100% Real and verifiable with text messages and phone call log.

Job is incomplete. They stole tools and will not return phone calls. UPDATE 6/10/20. My issue has not been resolved...I have given a sufficient amount of time to correct this. I spoke with John and told him that Zachary and his helpers did not complete the job and I paid in FULL!! Before realizing MY BED HAD BEEN BROKEN!!! And that all baseboards, ceiling, and trim had not been painted fully... Zachary said he ran out of paint which is hard to understand since I purchased two gallons as requested of my own trim paint (oil-based), which was not used/ materials which some were taken as well as tools and ladder. John was supposed to come back and redo the work (At his convenience since he is moving and had other jobs), and return the items that were taken. Which he has not! He also said that no one else was supposed to have been there helping which probably explains why the job looks like it was done by a 5-year-old. I really wish I could upload pictures.

Work was done to my satisfaction. They were very polite.

John and Zachary did an excellent job staining my two decks and installing new gutters. Highy recommed them for your upcoming home project.

I would recommend then to anybody. What started to be a simple paint job has become a major repair of my house. in addition to the other repairs I had to have a roof put on too which they did. They put on a metal roof, and the only problem we had was the company that supplied the metal roofing ,screwed up the order, and was talking about not opening till the 13th. He went out of his way and scouted out someone else, who had the correct metal roofing.

He is on time, responsive, keeps a clean work area, and always guarantees his work!
