Jude was the first to respond to my HomeAdvisor inquiry. After reading posted reviews, I decided to use him. He arrived on time, and after evaluating my problem, showed me the reason for his complete RXR recommendation. I wasn't too thrilled in the replacement cost at first (it was within industry standards), but after 25 years, the furnace/AC unit was beyond its life expectancy. Jude's crew did a nice job with the install and even checked some ductwork at no additional cost. I recommend Thunder AC and Heating.

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
Lovely man just not real happy finding the part receipt $215 next to my furnace and having to pay $560 for an hours worth of work. He did show up promptly for first see. 2nd visit to fix was delayed due to child care problems. He did bring his son......that was not a problem. Thought I paid a little much for the work....but satisfied with the work.

My repair was minimal, just batteries needed to be changed so my work was not extensive and experience was limited. I would call them Gain

They diagnosis the problem, AC Compressor was gone. I needed a new AC unit. He explained in detail the problem, and my options. I purchased a new AC unit, his crew installed it He went the extra mile and, showed up after installation to make sure every thing was working properly. I would recommend for all AC services.

The AC compressor was not kicking in. Multiple approaches were taken to solve the problem including: a) adding a booster b) Checking the wiring c) cleaning the grill d) Adding freon e) giving the compressor a little hit with a hammer
