Sam and his team are wonderful. I am not an easily satisfied person. But I trust Sam 100%. Sam helped me choose a system that qualifies for the $2000 tax credit on this new inflation reduction act tax law. They spent extra hours on the installation because of some extra work as Sam doesnâ t want to cut any corners. Sam is highly skilled and experienced. He used to be a technician for a major US airline company! Sam personally makes sure everything is done correctly. I am so lucky to have Sam as my AC guy. Thank you Sam!

I donâ t know if itâ s expensive, $310. For pumping air, leak test and adding 3 pounds of Freon R410A They did it fast and told me to put water in my air handler tray to stop the bubbling goggling noise.

Great work! Especially Jeff, had a problem after work completed, called Jeff. He can right out, found the problem and fixed it. Great price too, way better than others I contacted. Got more for my money!

Contracted Sam's Company because of the ratings and I was really impressed with his technical background. Opted for a new AC unit as ours was 12 years old. He sent 3 guys who just attacked the job. They worked their tails off. They all were very professional and super courteous. I put a cooler of Gatorade out and still they always asked before grabbing one. Had additional issue shortly after and they came right out and repaired. Wonderful experience ! Thanks Sam and Crew !!!

I called this company at 9am on a saturday. Sam answered and was helpful in diagnosing what the potential issues could be. He worked with me to schedule an apt same day and worked around my schedule. He was very friendly and courteous, he showed up 10 mins early, and even wiped his feet before walking in. He not only repaired our broken part, but checked on everything to make sure we were all set. Thunder Bay Air is the best a/c company I've dealt with since owning my home for 15 years. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable, on time, has great prices and did a great job. Other a/c companies kept trying to sell me a new system and wouldn't repair my old system. Thunder Bay saved me over $3,000 and my older system is running great!

Very quick and explained EVERYTHING

They were great, they didn't charge for a service call just to diagnose the problem, I think this is a deterrent to homeowners, you feel like you are being held at gunpoint. Pay service call and then hire someone else?? Yes so that's the biggest thing I liked about them. NO SERVICE CALL FEE! .. I felt the charge was somewhat reasonably priced. And they called me after a few phone calls of reassurance and made sure to call me back the next day to make sure all was well. Went above and beyond my expectations and level of service that was necessary. Highly recommend to anyone.

What started out to be a bad capacitor turned into a shot compressor. Sam called to see if it was still under warranty and it was. He immediately drove to pick up the replacement compressor and did an excellent job installing it, testing it, maintained an excellent attitude throughout and I was enjoying cool air all in one afternoon.
