Thunder Ridge Tree Service

Agreed on price to cut down and pile 5 trees. No removal. Trees were cut down, but not put in one pile, but left where they fell. Several piles of debris were left in the driveway, and they knocked down my TV cable from its support hook on the side of my house. No walk thru for me, as the crew left when done without telling me. Spoke with the owner(?) twice, once on the phone, and once in person. Both times he promised a crew would come out, clean up, and re-attach the TV cable laying in my driveway back on its support hook on the side of the house. Nobody ever came., hence my only fair review. Yes, they did the basic job and cut down 5 trees, but that was it, and I also don't appreciate being lied too.

They are very professional and do what they say. They had the equipment, crew and expertise to handle the cutting and removal of two tall oak trees near our house. One 34 inches in diameter, within 12 feet of the house. Would hire again and certainly recommend their service.

I have one concern only: I was unable to do a walk-through at the time they completed the job, and was disappointed the next day to find that they had damaged a tall shrub when taking down a huge limb that was too close to the house--and for some reason they did not clean up the damage. The damage to the shrub was unavoidable given the proximity of the limb to the house, but I would have appreciated being told about it when I paid them. Also, I would have appreciated it if they had cleaned up the damage. 4.9 stars anyway. They were professional in every other way, and I would call them first for any future project.

They were dependable, showed up on job site exactly when they said they would be there. Worked nonstop until job was completed. Checked with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction before leaving. Definitely recommend this service!!

Did a great job clean up! Did what was asked! Communication is a bit relaxed. Job that was suppose to take 2 days with most companies they did in 1 day. Had a mishap but was corrected in a timely matter even with memorial day weekend. Would recomend they were 2nd to the cheapest but for getting it done in 1 day i went with tge contract! Also a veteran ran oberated business!

I was very impressed in how well they work as a team. Each member of the team worked in great coordination of one another. Did a great job in clean up. Outside of the trees being gone. You would never have known they were there. Very professional.

Andre gave me a free estimate and showed up when he said he would. Mike came the morning of the job to trim a very large tree. Mikes truck had a bucket on it and he sawed off some branches by hand and others with a chain saw. He climbed down into the tree and did a very thorough job. A clean up crew came in with a wood mulching truck and cleaned up my front yard and then swept up any dust shavings. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism. I would definitely hire them again. I give them an A+.
