Eric was awesome! Though he couldn’t do the repair on my Samsung fridge seal system. He was very knowledgeable and let me know what I needed to tell Samsung when I contacted them as the part was still under warranty.

Called and was able to come earlier than expected. Friendly and professional.

I'm still waiting for them to come back to my house to install the part they supposedly ordered. It has been over a month now since they were out to troubleshoot my refrigerator. My initial appointment was Feb 19th. I was told there was a part on its way to them and they would receive it the following Wednesday and install on that Thursday. I had an appointment at 4:30 pm that day and nobody showed up! I didn't even get a courtesy call to tell me they weren't coming. I called numerous times that day and left voicemails to find out what was going on and still haven't gotten a return call. I have called the only number they have available numerous times and get the same result. The worst part might be that they disconnected something inside the refrigerator until the part came in and now I don't know what that was. I would definitely not recommend this service!

They were quick to response. Worked with my schedule. They arrived on time ( Called 20 minutes in advance). Explained everything to me about the repair. They were great to work with. Would recommend them and will use them again.

I hired James to repair my clothes washer, paid him $460 in advance for the repair including the part, I called him and he gave me an excuse as to why he could not make it, every time I talked to him he always had an excuse, now I can not reach him

I called this company as my dryer quit working. James diagnosed the timer was faulty so he replaced it. After the new timer was installed the dryer still did not work. Further investigation led him to find that the 220 outlet was not working properly.I live in an apartment so the maintenance folks are responsible for the ouet. I paid James, feeling fairly confident that once maintenance repaired the outlet, my dryer would work. I was wrong. The outlet works but my dryer does not & I am out $200. 2 phone calls have gone unreturned & now the mailbox is full so I cannot leave a 3rd message. I am very disappointed. And I will never use homeadvisor again. It's a joke.

James was the tech that came out on saturday he check the washing mechine out and found that it needed a part he told me would be back on tuesday and he was back with the part he was here at my house by 4;00 he was very honest and he did a great job his price was in reason i highly recommend them.

James called the same day I inquired on Home Advisor and I made an appointment for him to repair my dishwasher. He arrived on time, explained what he needed to do make the repair, and completed the repair. Best of all, he ran the dishwasher to make sure it no longer leaked. I was so impressed with his work I asked if he could repair my oven. He is returning in a few days to fix it. I have found a keeper!

Pro-Tech called me Sunday night, the same day I inquired on Home Advisor, to schedule an appointment for Monday. The technician showed up early, showed the problem on my clothes washer and had it fixed in a little over an hour, including drive time to get a part. The bill was less than $200 and I get to keep my washer that I like better than the crap on the market now.
