I hired Tibana Tile to install tiles in my whole house. The tiles in the kitchen started to get loose within few months. Adolfo changed his phone number. Finally after few months I was able to reach Adolfo. He agreed to come and fix the tiles but wanted more money for something which was included in warranty. In order to get it fixed I agreed to pay and two guys came in to fix it. Instead of fixing the tiles they only repaired the grout and left. Two days after that the tiles again started moving and the grout cracked. I paid for it twice and since then they have been giving me the run-around

My wife and I are excited about our kitchen floor. Tibana Tile exceeded our expectations. They are professional, fast, clean, knowledgeable and have great customer service. They did a cement (mud) job and then laid porcelain tiles (12x24). They also had the best price... half of the average of what the others were quoting. Overall, great company...great work...great service...

Had tiles already and called to have kitchen floor put in. They came out for a quote, listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, and completed the project beautifully for a reasonable price. We plan on using Tibana for future time projects.

I had my entire basement tiled by Tivana. Great job. Could not be happier!!!!, Mud job, 18 inch porcelain tiles....Looks Great...Really happy. Would use them again. Give 'em a ring!!! P.S. Price was on the money.
