"We were hired to excavate for an above ground pool and spread the sand for the base-no labor-no hand work just machine work. Mr B was told it was a 4 hour minimum/1 lisit to which he agreed. After approx. 2 hours of machine work the sky's opened and my machine started to sink in the sand but 99.9% of the sand was installed. I told Mr. B would have to do some hand work to get the area level for the pool which was not my job. The slopes around the pool area were sufficient but I did say I would come back to grade the area a little more which I did not have to do. I did not take their money and run, I did what I was hired to do."
