We had Tic Tac Task do three projects. Two left damage to the house and one was never completely finished. They did not respond to my requests for completion until I made a truthful post on their Facebook page (which they took down?) they now want to quote us for repairs to the damage that Brian did to the house that he did doing the work that we hired them to do originally. Beware!

You will love the work done the guys were very professional and the quality was outstanding!

I asked for them to put up some signs in one of our Retail stores. It wasn't a difficult project, but was a little complicated to explain. However, the guys followed direction from the manager and she reported to me that all went well. I was able to pay the via Venmo which was convenient. I will call them again when we next have any handyman work to be done.

I hired them to mount a tv for me. They were on time & so nice! I even had them give me an estimate on some other handyman projects Iâ ll be needing soon. Great pricing!

Tik Tac Task caused over $2,600 worth of damage to my property and have reneged on their promise to pay. I hired them to perform a few simple tasks. One was to hang a couple of wall sconces. While drilling into the wall, one of the technicians drilled a hole into the breaker box, permanently damaging the breaker box, the breaker outside, and my sofa. He is lucky to be alive. The power went out shortly after, and I ended up packing up all my refrigerated food and staying with relatives for the night. My landlord called an electrician who came out the next day and got the power back on for $160, but with a dire warning. There is a hole in the breaker box with wires sticking out, creating a fire hazard. The entire panel was fried, so it all has to be replaced. It is NOT up to code now. Initially, the company wanted my landlord to get estimates from different electricians and offered to pay for the damage. The first estimate was $2,000, which is standard for the work being done. Another electrician gave a similar quote, and also agreed that the breaker and the box outside must be replaced. Finally, Tik Tac Task had an electrician/friend come out, and give a FAKE report stating that because the electricity was back on, the boxes did not need repairing. After that, Tik Tac Task cut off contact with my landlord. Tic Tac Task offered me a refund, but I have not received it. When I sent them photos of the singe marks on my sofa and an estimate of the damage, they ignored me. The sofa was in perfect condition, only used for 18 months. Because they have refused to pay for the damage to the breaker box, as the tenant, the cost falls to me. The damage exceeds my deposit, so I will paying $2,000 out of my own pocket for damage done by a company that knows this was their mistake, initially admitted it was their mistake, and apologized profusely for their mistake. Unethical and unprofessional is how I would describe my experience with this company. This is my opinion at this time. It is a shame because I really liked Avi and Tom. They were super professional and polite. The technician who caused the damage apologized to me several times, and I feel bad for him as well. It is not like he set out to damage property, but it happened nonetheless. It is the companys way of handling of the damage that is just plain wrong. Now, I get to make my debut appearance at the Davidson County courthouse. I will be filing suit within the next couple of weeks to recover the electricians fees, damage to my sofa, court costs, and a refund. It is a good thing I have two law degrees. At least I will not have to also front legal fees. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I sent the company a pre-suit notice and gave them a deadline to respond, but they ignored it. That is not how you do good business. It is too bad I did not hire the people from a major hardware store chain who charged a lot more. I think this would be wrapped up by now, or that the damage would have never happened in the first place. Now I have holes in the wall with no sconces, am $2,000 poorer with a damaged sofa, and am facing $250.00 and time drafting a complaint to file my suit. How is this fair? I am sure they will come up with a rebuttal to this review, rather than admitting fault. That is fine. They can try and sell their excuses to a judge and see how that goes.

I had a wonderful experience with Tic Tac Task! Everything was so easy from obtaining a quote to scheduling service. Everyone was super friendly and professional. They arrived on time and did a great job painting my garage. They checked to see if everything was good at several points while they were working. I was so impressed by them that I'm using them again for some more projects. I highly recommend them!

Iâ m so impressed with Tic Tac Task! I hired them to come out to my new home and do a few priority tasks (and hopefully provide an estimate on a long list of things I wanted done following a home inspection). And they literally got the entire list accomplished today! It was very easy asking them questions over the phone and in person, and they had me review everything after every task was completed to be sure it was done exactly as I wanted. I also couldnâ t believe how quickly the work was done. They worked hard and the quality of their work was even better than I was hoping for. I will definitely hire them again and Iâ m so happy to have found them! Thank you very much.
