Tico did excellent work to replace my shower and closet walls. They provided a detailed summary of the work to be done, always showed up on time, and the final result was amazing!

Professional and helpful

This bath remodeling project went smoothly from start to finish. This project was to make the master bathroom safe for my elderly father. I had them take out a tub and replace it with a tiled shower enclosure. They added grab bars in the shower and around the toilet. They also replaced the tiled floor in the bathroom and toilet area, painted the vanity, painted the walls, doors, and trim, and replaced the toilet. They replaced damaged drywall and baseboards. Communication was excellent. The workmanship was amazing. Everyone was very respectful of my father and his home. The whole project was finished in 9 days! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Tico was a great experience for me. They are very conscientious and helpful through the process from start to finish. The workers were very respectful of the family and the rest of the home not involved in the remodel area. Both my bathrooms are very beautiful and unique. Karina, Gus & the Rafa crew did a beautiful job on our kitchen/half bath project. They began & finished earlier than promised and were a joy to work with. Everything is so functional & pretty!!! We love it and definitely recommend their service!!!

Tico remodeling did my outdoor kitchen. I’m very pleased with the final product. Their prices are competitive and the job was done quickly. After the summer kitchen, I hired them to do the family room chimney ( Install rock and cedar mantel), install beams in the family and dining room, and install floor tile in the courtyard. All projects done quickly and of great quality. The only thing I would suggest is to improve their clean up. But other than that they do great job at competitive prices. I have asked them to submit quotes for other bigger projects I have.

This company was the most professional of the three that were sent to my home. Karina listened to my project ideas and wrote an estimate for the job the same day. She contributed to my gameplan and assisted me through every step which includes selection of material at multiple design locations. The team started on time with everyone that was sent to my house being professional. The communication that was provided by the lead guy Rafael was great and he addressed every minor detail. I was pleased with Gus, Karina, Rafael, Germaine and Ray. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a remodel job at their home.

I hired them TWICE. They rebuilt my home after the Harvey floods. They did everything - not just the drywall. When the rebuilding was done, they power washed my home, added gutters, painted the trim - all nice - all good! Quick! They do it all!

My home flooded from Hurricane Harvey. I interviewed 3 people who were on HomeAdvisor recommendations. Tico was one of the company's that I interviewed. I met with Karina and she was polite, efficient, professional, and personable. I had considered going with separate people to do the various jobs in my home, but I didn't want to have to schedule everything and I wanted someone who could handle the entire project. It was a lot of work - the entire home had to be rebuilt from the studs and framing - up...everyone who managed their part of the remodel/rebuild was professional - Manuel, Raffa, Keri, Renee, Karina, and Angie - super folks - all smart and efficient. Gus would come in and critique all work along with the project managers and details were taken care of -- in a timely fashion. I have heard horror stories of people walking off jobs bc they got a better offer - I never felt that this was the case for Tico. They listened, took notes, followed lists, made sure my questions were answered. If it means anything, I met with them today to see about painting the outside of my home and adding gutters. Repeat business is important and it speaks volumes.

They installed some canned lights for me. The original installation had them off-centered and not even. After pointing this out, they came up with a solution and fixed it immediately. Painter does a great job too!

Simply Marvelous…. Gus and his crew (Rafael, Ronaldo) did an excellent quality work. Very professional, courteous, responsive and left no doubt at a very reasonable cost. They covered all the bases, on time. Project is finished before time and very impressed the way they covered and protected floors, walls, carpet. They handled few surprises, during remodeling work, very well and planned according to my budget. Planning to hire them for other remodeling work very soon and would definitely refer them to my family and friends. Well Done Tico Company!!!

Gus was responsible for remodeling my bathroom. He would go above and beyond and have suggestions on how to make it better. He didn't just do the job, he took pride in the job!

Gus is the core of this rating. He is the best part of the equation. He has a great eye and makes it work!
