We used Tidal Creek for dumpster rental while doing a big DIY project at our home. I received multiple quotes from local companies and Tidal Creek’s pricing was in line with others, but the customer service (personal phone call and questions answered on the spot) and clear communication regarding the entire process sold me. They were on time for delivery and pick up, communicated clearly, and were very professional. I would without a doubt recommend this company to others and if we require another dumpster rental in the future Tidal Creek will be my only call.

Did not fully complete job as promised and inadequate cleanup.

"I apologize you were not 100% satisfied with the work but when the work was shown to us we were not shown the vast amount of stuff buried underneath the deck of the house but we took away an entire LARGE dump trailer of debris and an extra pick up truck was sent out and loaded and we spent approximately 10 hours on the job with a three man crew demolishing an out building and carefully separating it from the deck and the customer admitted we took 98% of all of the the stuff he wanted taken away and said we left a couple nails and screws from the demolition in the driveway by mistake."
