I brought on Tidal Wave to do water remediation, demolition and re-installation of damaged flooring. What wasn't made clear to me by Tidal Wave and the reason for the loss of one star, is they prefer to work directly with your insurance company rather than through the home owner. That may be desirable for some, but not for me nor my situation. I did end up having them complete the remediation but due to their intractability on providing an estimate for the repair work, I decided to look elsewhere for completion of the project. They were very communicative for most of the work time and did a good job of the remediation.
Response by Tidal Wave Response, LLC: Thanks for your comment, as we spoke on the phone, I informed you, that we had to dry out and remove damaged drywall, that was not in the adjusters estimate. It is always necessary to do the right procedure 1st, to have the best results at the end of the job...

$350-$400 to snake a drain seems to be the going rate. Seems a little high but if the jobs done fast and efficiently the price doesn’t hurt too much. No complaints.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
