Robert communicated well initially because he wanted the job. He came out to fix an ice maker. He did no additional maneuvers than we had done ourselves. Once I paid him the $75 he has been unavailable to give even an estimate on a proper repair. Unresponsive to texts or phone calls simply asking to complete the job or make recommendations. I was nothing but polite and kind. Would not hire again.

He called me an A hole because I did not furnish towels he needed. He had them in his truck....who would work on a dishwasher without bringing something to absorb water? He can do his own laundry. Also, offered him cardboard to slide it out, do I need to furnish him everything? When left, the DW was sticking out too far and the drawer next to it would not open. What a mess. Do not use this guy. Arrogant and entitled .
