He came to my home on 1/13/26 and did the diagnostic. I paid $125 for diagnostic. I hadn't heard from him for a few days and so called him. He said that they were building the part. I hadn't heard from him for about another week. I called. He said that he couldn't order the part without my approval. I said "YOU HAVEN'T EVEN ORDERED THE PART???". I told him to forget it, I would call someone else on Angie's list and I wanted my money back. He called me later today, 1/22, to say that he would contact another company as he did not have the manpower to complete the job (the dryer needs to be taken off of the washing machine) and because of the upcoming snow storm. No one has contacted me as of yet. He did give me the part number to give to the next company.

He knew right where to look for the problem. As soon as he saw evidence of a refrigerant leak at the freezer evaporator coil, he immediately recommended a new fridge since the cost of repair would be too high.

"We were called out to fix a water leak issue on your fridge which we found that your water valve was stuck open due to the water filter never being replaced over the life of the fridge, which was over ten years old. We also recommended replacing the filter base since water system was compromised. Upon installation we replaced water valve, filter base, and filter. We were asked about the temperature however the customer was asked to keep an eye on the temperature due to having the fridge door open for an extend prior of time to replace filter base and filter, and then told the customer to contract us via phone if temperatures do not change so we can farther diagnose the temperature issue, which will be a separate diagnostic fee due to being a separate issue not related to the previous issue. The customer never reached out to us to reschedule prior to this review."
