Need him to come back as thermostat not working well

Response from Company:

We were called out to fix a water leak issue on your fridge which we found that your water valve was stuck open due to the water filter never being replaced over the life of the fridge, which was over ten years old. We also recommended replacing the filter base since water system was compromised. Upon installation we replaced water valve, filter base, and filter. We were asked about the temperature however the customer was asked to keep an eye on the temperature due to having the fridge door open for an extend prior of time to replace filter base and filter, and then told the customer to contract us via phone if temperatures do not change so we can farther diagnose the temperature issue, which will be a separate diagnostic fee due to being a separate issue not related to the previous issue. The customer never reached out to us to reschedule prior to this review.

the problem with my washing machine was found right away, the part needed was ordered and he came as soon as he got it and fixed the washer. I was very pleased with him. He was very professional
