First of all, it was super affordable. I was able to save money. The representative who came out was very proffessional and polite and smiled and played with my son a little. The workers were very efficient and finished in a little under four hours. This was for a hallway, bedroom and bathroom. Not to mention, the floors were well finished when they were done. They also cleaned up after themselves and a representative came out to ensure everything was to standards. I am very pleased.

Management does not know how to communicate intentions nor how to inform customers that their workers will not show up as scheduled. Also, no follow up or onsite Quality check. Wasted 2 days waiting for an update from them and never had work checked. Had to finish the clean-up and remove excess adhesive used in certain areas.

When I contacted Tidewater flooring, they came out immediately and were able to give me an estimate. The carpet I picked out wasn't in stock, but they were able to order it and get it in within three days. They came out and installed it and were very professional. I'm very very happy with how quickly and how well everything was done.

The work was fairly quick and done beautifully- i had a nylon berber carpet which is the toughest of carpets to lay; never rec'd any kind of warranty papers from the carpet manufacturer. Expect them to rip up the qtr round (which i will have to replace)- still waiting for my runner i had made and a qtr round quote.
