Tidy Clean

This company was able to get the project completed quickly and within our time frame. Will explained everything in layman's terms so I could fully understand the process and the results. He personally followed up with me to make sure I had everything I needed. Very satisfied!

I've mixed feelings about this experience: aspects were wonderful; but the outcome is questionable. The lead contact named Will is outstanding and, initially, I thought the "grunts"(no disrespect intended) who do the actual labor were superb. In the end, once my carpet dried, I saw no improvement. If its simply my carpet that's beyond repair (so to speak) then that's what I should of been told. When I asked about spot cleaning or pre-treatment (of pet stains), they denied its necessity. So, frankly, I don't know if its the carpet that's my problem or if I was sold short. Being my first time, I didn't insist on the pre-spot treatment as I trusted their guidance. So, what to do? Just saying.

Did great work ,but did not show-up when they said they would after most of the work was done. Failed to notify us .

All around GREAT job! From the initial assessment, to the removal, testing, and cleaning Will and the guys were very polite, professional, and informative. They answered any & all questions we had throughout the whole process. Using "green" chemicals was important as we do have pets. Things where carefully moved while the removal/cleaning was done and the tests came back quickly. I highly recommend Tidy Clean!

Will was very professional and polite. He knew what he was doing and explained everything as he did it. The report arrived in a timely manner as well as the receipt for payment.

I really like how on top of things this company is. Instead of just gettin an e-mail tellin me what type of things they found in house we MIGHT be buying, will called me him self and gave me the news. I thought that to be very professional. Thank you guys

Your professionals went above and beyond. Even before they were awarded the job, Kash taped over the cold air return. That allowed us to run our air--conditioning without spreading mold spores throughout the house. They also put plastic over the doorway to the office to seal off the mold spores. At this time, however, there is a dispute over who is fiscally responsible for the damage to our home. Kash and Tidy Clean will get paid in full, but it may be a littlel while yet before our lawyer and those from the homeowner's association and/or property management company come to some sort of agreement and a check is written.

They were quick yet caring with their service. I also loved the "green" element to the chemicals they used rather than the caustic chemicals used by other companies. Having pets and children this was important to me.

Tidy Green was prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced. We had a good experience with this company and would definitely recommend them to others.
