Tidy Cribs

I hired them to do a move out cleaning , Isreal required a $100 deposit to secure date and time , he did come over to the house an hour late which was now 7PM , too late to clean windows and I didn t have everything packed and out of the way so we agreed that he would come back Monday morning.He required that I pay the balance of cleaning fee to move my appointment, this was on Saturday , I get a phone call and text on Sunday saying that he had a family emergency out of state and he had to cancel and would refund my money . a week later and I still don t have my money and he won t return my call or text .
