"Hi Janice! Sorry if you believe the service was unsatisfactory. For starters, in over 11 years we have never only used water for floor cleaning purposes. We use a dual bucket system where we use a bucket with floor solution and a separate one for hot water to rinse and not track dirt. Also, all of our cleaners are instructed to consult with home owners after finishing to do a walk thru and make sure nothing was missed so if there were anything missing we would have addressed & tackled it there"
