I had the property clean to be sold. The home had been rented out for years. Tiddy Upper's came there on time and didn't leave until every inch of my 3 level, 5 bedrooms 4bath home was sparkling clean! I will definitely be using their services again in the near future!

I have nothing but praise for Dianna and her crew. She communicated with me promptly via text, I was able to easily set up my appointments online, she went through the COVID-related precautions they took, and they accept multiple forms of payment, including Venmo. These were all pluses for me from the get -go. The actual cleaning service was ah-may-zing. They really did a fantastic job and I have hired them to come clean on a regular basis. Can't recommend enough.

Tidy Uppers gave me the best cleaning service that I have ever received and I have used a lot of cleaning services. They were punctual and the service person worked nonstop. After another carpet cleaner cancelled on me at the last minute, these folks were able to get me scheduled and take care of a carpet cleaning for me in less than 24 hours! Very easy to deal with, professional and quality service.

I am usually very happy to give a company a glowing review. In the case of Tidy Uppers, a cleaning service, I would have been particularly pleased to give the owner a 5-star review who is a very young woman who started her own business seven months ago -- something to be proud of. However, Tidy Uppers needs to learn the importance of taking full responsibility for one s mistakes when a job goes wrong. I gave Tidy Uppers 16 sets of mini-blinds to clean. All of the blinds were in perfect working order when the company picked them up. However, when Tidy Uppers returned the blinds some of them no longer opened because the wands were broken; some blinds no longer extended their full length because of mishandled cording; and several had parts missing such as plastic caps for the ends of the blinds and plastic parts that hold valances in place. Tidy Uppers assumed no responsibility for the missing parts or the broken blinds. Here is an excerpted e-mailed quote from the owner of Tidy Uppers I DO NOT take ownership on the condition of the blinds, these issues are not something I can fix - you have to reach out to the company for parts and service. This has been a very upsetting experience. My blinds were handled very carelessly. Man-handling is the only reason for the problems I encountered. A gentler touch was needed to clean my mini-blinds. Parts were lost because of sheer negligence. I will have to take my blinds to a service center that is miles from my home as the online self-repair instructions are too complicated for a layperson. My blinds will need professional repair at my own expense as the lifetime warranty does not cover labor, only parts. I do not recommend Tidy Uppers. This company is careless with a customer s personal property and assumes an arrogant, irresponsible attitude in response to a problem when good customer service would have been expected.
