Where others try to take advantage, Fernandoâ s practice of telling the truth regardless of the circumstances was very much appreciated! Technician was friendly and professional. Advised me about how/why ants swarms as well as the type of ants around my house. Told me when he would return, but if he needed to come earlier to not hesitate to call him.

The man Fernando is a very pleasant person but his work habits is very poor. He started a job for bees control but never came back to complete the work. I paid in full when he started the work, according to him was supposed to repeat the treatment 2 more time but never showed up. And did not give receipt for the money paid.

Fernando was efficient and on time. He explained the service he was providing while doing it and shared preventive things that I could do myself.

The tech was professional and knowledgeable (explaining everything he found to me) he even did a water leak inspection while he was under the house which was above and beyond his duty.He also replaced a light bulb in the crawl space.
