Very bad experience. I was surprised since all the reviews were so good. They came out quickly and provided a quote which was good. I had a tree fall on my neighbor's shed and needed that removed. I added a few other things in my request because I needed them done also and because I wanted to make sure it was enough business for someone to actually come. They came out and did the other things all on the first day, then seemed reluctant to cut apart and remove the tree. They had initially quoted me $1700 for the job. Then I added cutting down a much smaller tree which they priced at $400 so I agreed. It took another week before they actually cut apart and removed the tree that had fallen. First, they needed a bigger saw, some other excuse. At one point they offered to take $400 off if they did not have to cut apart the fallen tree and I explained that no, that would not do since the primary reason for my need was the removal of the tree from the neighbors shed. After that, they seemed angry at me for sticking to the original agreement. They did finally cut the tree apart, but left all the pieces in my back yard and said the removal was not included which was not true but I was tired of arguing with them at that point. I had to hire another service and spend an additional $400 to have the tree removed from my back yard. Then about a week later, my neighbor advised that there were pieces of the tree still in his back yard as they had cut the tree apart while standing on my neighbors shed and that the large pieces of the tree had hit and damaged his shed while they were cutting it into pieces. I referred him to this company and advised that he contact them about removing the tree pieces and fixing the damage to his shed. Yesterday he called me and said he could not get them to even respond to him. He is now expecting me to pay for this also. His shed was not initially damaged by the tree, he showed me the photos he had taken on his phone when he first discovered this (the house is a rental property). So the damage to his shed was caused when they were cutting apart the tree. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone. It is like they underestimated the amount of work this would entail and rather than ask for additional funds which I would have considered, they just did a lousy job instead. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Tiger is very responsive to customers issues and requests. They come back if an issue is raised and correct the issues if any. Their work looks great!

The owners were professional, courteous and accommodating. I had my gutters replaced.The team arrived in a Thursday to remove the old gutters. Another company replaced my roof on Friday.TRC returned on Saturday morning to do the new gutters. My roof is Hunter Green and the gutters are metallic copper.

The gentlemen did a great job, nice and respectful. They completed the job even though it rained off an on. Replaced 4 columns on front porch.

The Tiger Residential team installed seamless gutters on my home and included a free pressure wash after they finished. They did excellent work and my home looks great. They were pretty to easy to work with, though there was some scheduling and invoicing confusion. I would definitely hire Tiger Residental again in the future.

Small crew, but got job done!

The work was excellent, in fact we had far more then just replace and repairing siding done. We had the house power washed, siding replaced, the entire house painted, all gutters replaced, wood steps installed in the front, and concrete repairs on the driveway & patio. We have no complaints concerning the quality of the work, the workman were polite and professional and when the work was started it was completed quickly. The price was phenomenal. The business owners are very friendly, my one complaint is sometimes they were hard to get a hold of. I would definitely recommend Tiger Residential & Commercial to anyone who asks for my advice on contractors.
