Chris far exceeded our expectations with his personality, knowledge, price and the completion of our job. He not only sanded and changed the color of our floor but feathered in hardwood around our remodeled fireplace which you can'€™t see where he started and stopped. Chris is very meticulous and takes pride in his work!

Chris is fantastic, thorough

Scope of work: Install new hardwood in master bedroom, repair a bad patch in livingroom, install new patch over an old floor vent in livingroom, refinish existing original hardwoods. Chris was a pleasure to work with from the time he came to look over the project and give me a quote to the time he packed up at the end of the job. He is very personable, is very open to suggestions and did a great job answering my gazillion questions. We had fantastic communiaction all through the project via text and phone. I needed a lot of hand holding throughout and he was there at every turn. =) The only reason I'm not rating everything 5 stars is for some time management issues. Other than that, I'm happy with how it all turned out. The floors look great and the customer service can't be beat. I would hire Chris again in a heartbeat.
