Project: Balcony/Patio remodeling_ Nila and his team remodeled our 40 year old balcony and renewed/painted the screened-in porch underneath. Their knowledge and expertise/craftsmanship in renewing our balcony was impressive with unique details. They deliver on what they promise! Excellent service and communication. We highly recommend Tiki Landscaping and Remodeling for any woodwork projects. We will certainly call them for future needs.

Excellent service to remove overgrown ivy. They also suggested trimming my tree with a price, so there were no surprises when I got the final bill. Excellent cleanup of ivy and branches. I would use Tiki for my next project!

I have no words sufficient enough to describe Nila and his crew. From every step of communication and work done, I truly believe that they work to fulfill Colossians 3:22-24. The value and quality of the work surely surpassed my expectations. The craftsmanship was awesome. They did not use prefabricated materials but built my deck railings from scratch. I am absolutely pleased and are having them back in a few months to do a paver patio. I highly recommend Nila and his crew. You will be blessed.

What really separated these guys for us was an intangible sense of ownership and trust that’s difficult to quantify or express in words but that’s very real.
