We hired All Pro Design and Build to help us reconstruct our beachfront condo after it was damaged by Hurricane lan. I've heard other owners in our building with horror stories about their contractor. Our experience couldn't be more different. David was prompt to all of my questions and was great with his communication every step of the process. All work was done at the highest quality and we have had zero concerns or complaints. I will be referring all of our friends and family their way.

We have worked with several builders, designers, and development teams over the years, in Florida and Colorado, and All Pro truly stands out. David and Kirsten were brought in to help us re-envision and entitle a complex property on Fort Myers Beach after Hurricane Ian. From the start, they approached the project not just as builders, but as problem-solvers and strategic partners. On the entitlement and permitting side, David did what multiple people said was “not possible.” He put forth considerable time and effort working through post-Ian ordinances, zoning restrictions, and FEMA coastal requirements, and ultimately secured approval for a legal, FEMA-compliant elevated triplex on a lot that the Town initially insisted could only support a duplex. That approval materially increased both the value and income potential of the property. His persistence, technical command, and willingness to go to bat when others would have walked away made all the difference. On the design side, Kirsten transformed the project. We had an earlier concept prepared elsewhere that wasn’t coastal-code compliant and didn’t quite fit the location or our vision. Kirsten tapped her knowledge of coastal construction in SWFL and redesigned the building with clean, modern lines, thoughtful finish variations, and a layout that maximized views, flow, and livability. She balanced owner use with high-end rental functionality. The end result was a design we were genuinely excited about and proud to share. Beyond the architecture and permitting for this project, All Pro brought development insight on another one of our FMB income properties that needed help post-Ian. The financial modeling and photo-realistic renderings they created helped us see the true potential of the property, and ultimately strengthened our negotiating position when it came time to sell. We would not hesitate to recommend All Pro to anyone considering a coastal construction build, redevelopment, or complex entitlement project.

Did a great job working with materials they had never used before and meeting a difficult deadline!

We hired Til Then Home Solutions Inc to remove our popcorn ceiling and to tecture and repaint the ceiling. They also replaced our whole house fan and prepared our floors for wood flooring. The house looks great and we highly recommend Til Then Home Solutions to anyone looking for remodeling or construction contractors.
