Extremely punctual. My tile is porcelain and very challenging. He didn't want to charge me for an area he wasn't able to clean. Don't think anybody would be able to resolve the issue. Told him, I wanted to pay him anyway for his work. Hard worker, would definitely recommend him. Did a great job on my 2 bathrooms, where we restored grout, cleaned and sealed. Looks brand new!

Eager to do the work but promised to follow up a few days later when he was scheduled to be in the area. He broke two confirmed appointments to do touch up work that he promised to do. He stripped our tile and sealed it and was paid before the floor was dry enough to inspect the following day several areas were in need of touch up and he never returned as promised. After having to do the touch up ourselves we find that his application process was correct. He used a roller to apply sealer which left bubbles in the surface which he indicated would dry smooth. He should be dropped from the service.

Florin was very professional and just a really nice guy! He worked around furniture I was unable to move and did a terrific job! The floor looks almost new! I would definitely call him again, and probably will to do my old Chicago brick driveway.

The man worked on Thanks Giving day b/c my mom ordered furniture to be moved next day. He cleaned the room after the job was done moved staff back on places and it was a wonderfull job.
