"Mr. Caldarelli I just wanted to say I really appreciated your business. I understand that you were confused due to your having several estimates & assumed that we included 3 sheets of plywood. We handle our estimates a little differently. Most contracting companies word it that they are including it in your contract, however they just add the charge into your contract. We however do not inflate our prices. It is always our hope that all roofs would not have plywood damage, & thus we would not charge you for the labor nor the materials. By doing things in this manner you would have a Lower total cost for your project. All of our contracts have specific pricing for any woodwork performed. We also try to be as transparent as possible. This is also why we put this wording right next to the contract pricing so that it is not missed. I really wish we could have made you a 5 star customer & thus would love to reach out to you so as to see if we could at all make you happier. Thanks again for your business."
