I hired TC to redo my hardwood floors after I had my carpet removed and they did a good job on the floors, and even got wood to match a section of floor that had to be replaced and added an additional coat to one of my floors when I asked without charging me for it.  HOWEVER, I had to ask Mr. Elliott to come back to install transitions around my doors/doorways, which he told me was not included in the price.  He only installed quarter rounds in one room(at no charge) and when I asked about the other rooms he told me that I didnâ t tell him that I wanted him to install them and that they were not included in the price.  I thought I was paying for a complete job and did not think I had to specify that I wanted the quarter rounds installed since I was dealing with a professionalâ as far as I was concerned it was part of the finished project. Can you imagine how your home would look with hardwood floors and no quarter rounds?   It looked incomplete and unfinished. So I ended up paying almost another $400 to get this work done and it prolonged the completion of the project by another week. I wish Mr. Elliott had told me the cost to get a complete, finished job instead of telling me after the fact that some things were not included in the price.  I thought this was unprofessional.  If you use his services, I suggest you get very specific details about what is included in the price.  

Agreed to the total job for$1900 showed to do job had me sign a paper for 1900 pluses $125 for 1/4 round. If you have a lot of shorts and like cracks in your seams this is your man. Before he left he dumped his trash can from saw area into my yard waste container.I asked not to use penises with holes in them. Ended up with 3full boxes extra and lots of holes.

He has worked on several projects in our home. We've had him install a backsplash in kitchen, install laminate flooring in the home, and he redid the shower in our bathroom. He converted the shower into an open shower with no curtain or shower door. He has done a wonderful job for us for each project we have had him do. They had excellent pricing and worked efficiently. He cleaned up well, showed up on time and worked the full day or time he had said he would. He really had great communication throughout the project and I would recommend his services.

Tile Concepts did a superb job!!! The quality of their work is excellent. Not only did they do the original installation tile work for us but they came back and resealed the grout for us. The quality of the work looked beautiful when it was done. We compliments all the time.

He was an honest person and came and did the job when he said he would. He did a good job of cleaning up.
