Immensely impressive operation. I am doubly indebted to TD. First, for the installation of a fine floor. But also for rescuing me. From the prior contractor, the nationâ s mega floor installer, whose material (about 20k worth) had filled my living room before events began to reveal their jarring incompetence, indifference, ignorance. Unable to continue with the lumbering giant (do not own a single truck, can not leave manager a phone message because he has no voice mail), research led me to call TD. Next day Mathew stopped in and the turnaround began. Sent back all the first contractorâ s material, switched the radiant heating maker and moved from LuxV to Tile. Throughout the time leading up to and through the installation, by text, phone, or e/m TD kept me updated. Matthew texted a photo of a new tile he saw at the tile convention. Liked it, picked up a sample, chose it and now everyday I get to walk on that awesome surface. Once worked started, Arvydas, the owner, often stopped in to check on progress, on discovering the factory had incorrectly shaped the radiant heating grid for the kitchen, called Warmly Yours, whose expert (â I have been doing this for 29 years!â ) appeared in less than an hour, for two hours on his knees reshaped the grid and tested it to assure everything worked. Nicholas, the installer, worked relentlessly on the mortar, wires, tiles, grout, fusing all into a stunning sight. Slavek, who showed up every other day to deliver and remove material, working tirelessly, proved one of the most charming people I have ever met. In short, exceptional company and people. Can not go wrong entrusting them with your flooring.

I would hire Tile Decor again in a heart beat. Our Master bath looks AMAZING! they were extremely professional, communicated often and perform all work as promised.

We worked with Chris, and he was great. He was on time, at cost, and the quality of workmanship was very good. We would recommend them to others. The workers were very easy to work with and polite. Chris was very concerned that everything was to our satisfaction.

Did a great job on bathroom floor. On time and most important when they left cleaned up like they were never there!

The work was very professional. The adobe ceramic tiles were installed in our sunroom ,as a replacement for a similar tile that had to be removed due to plumbing repairs under the concrete floor. Tile Décor removed the old tiles and scraped of all of the old mortar adhesive, and leveled the floor. We are very pleased with the results.

I hired Tile Decor to create my master shower. Arvydas and team are great to work with, delivered exactly what I requested and offered good suggestions. They showed up on time every morning until the job was completed. They did an amazing job using marble tiles, created 2 beautiful built-ins and a bench. The tile work is flawless. I look forward to working with Tile Decor again on my kitchen project. Delivered on time, beautiful work, reasonably priced and dependable.
