Tile Design

We had our bathroom floor and our tub wall re-tiled by this company. They "forgot:" to bring our contract both days (we never got it), they showed up 1-2 hours late both days they came to work, etc. Unfortunately, the workers stained our carpets when they moved our washer/dryer out of the bathroom and into our hallway to do their work. They also put our fixtures on backwards when they reinstalled them. We called to have them fixed and the owner set up two different appointments with us to come change it and never showed up. Our fixtures are still on wrong. The work was inexpensive but the service was frustrating.

We asked the tile man to look at our leaking shower, he said the tile grout needed replacement, so we hired him to do the job. We had to ask him to come back and re-do several areas that did not look right. He used the wrong color of grout and did not accurately diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a warped seal in the shower door. (We got a second tile man out, he showed us the problem in the shower door).

Arrived on time, did both painting and tile floor and counter top plus some outside house painting. Very professional and high quality work. Prices very good.

These guys came right away and laid the tile. Two days later I called to let them know they forgot to cut the vent. He said he would come on Wednesday. Friday I called again and he said he would come on Saturday. He has never showed and that was three weeks ago.

They did some tiel and drywall work for a good price and good clean up. I am overall very happy with the end result.
