"Customer failed to mention severe ice (2" plus) never cleared from limited walkways. Stress fracture in foot was more significant than phone damage. Customer received full value of his deposit in materials delivered as well as significant unreimbursed labor. For what it's worth, Taco night at the pub is a big local charity night.
