Jay came out gave us an honest idea of what needed to be done and a fair estimate for the work, with in mind there could be more issues once they had removed the existing tiles. No further work was required in the end and the final bill came in a few dollars short of the original estimate. Jay and team were prompt, they worked steadily to get the job done as quick as possible and cleanded up everything before they left. Jay is very professional but at the same time a truly nice guy. We are very happy with his work and have already contacted him for a followup project.

Jay responded to our inquiry quickly and started our tile repair soon thereafter. They finished replacing over a dozen tiles in just 6 hours with a minimum of household interruption. There was very little dust, and they thoroughly cleaned up their work space upon completion. Their expert use of fast drying thin set and grout allowed us full use of the repaired tiles within 12 hours of their 8:30AM start time. Their one day tile repair was not only amazing, but beautifully done as well. No more wobbly tiles and the grout color was a perfect match after drying. We highly recommend their services.

Hired to clean and reinstall grout between bathroom shower floor and walls. Punctual,considerate,protected existing flooring. Grout installation was done well.

Jay was on time and honest. He brought to my attention that he had broken two tiles but did not charge for replacing them. Very conscientious and cleaned up his work area. Very personable and loves dogs which he was very patient with mine.

I had a small tile project and Jay was timely in terms of providing an estimate of the job cost and starting and completing the project. Replacing the kitchen island revealed not only the need to replace tiles, but also install additional tiles. Our tile installation was, originally, install in a random pattern, making the work a little complex. Jay was able to match the randomness of the tile pattern so that everything look as if no repairs had been made. The finished work looks absolutely great!!!
