Lucy contacted me immediately and found a time that was convenient for me for the work to be done. She had very good communication, confirming the day before. I was given a quote on the phone for tile repair which was accurate for the work and she also gave me an option for grout repair which I also decided to have done. Work was done carefully and completely and everything was cleaned up when finished. I would hire them again. My old bathroom looks clean and new!
