John was on time, professional, and did more than I originally requested. My tile looks the best its looked since it was first done.

John, showed up early and prompt and did a great job on cleaning our grout and tile. Our tile and grout look so much better. We had a replaced tile in our bathroom due to some remodeling that the grout never matched. John replaced the grout and it matches perfectly. Thanks John

Overcharged and not a very good job.

It was great to work with a true professional. Unlike a general handyman they knew exactly how to restore our tile to its original condition instead of just hiding the problem with caulk. We have a modern home so clean lines were essenrtial and they did a very good job.

John did an excellent job replacing broken tiles and putting new grout around tiles that had come loose. The kitchen and vanity area look beautiful! Would definitely recommend this company.

John was very nice and was able to give me a quote when he came out to give me an estimate. I did get two quotes. Both companies seemed competent and had gotten good reviews. The other company was not able to get the project done as soon as I would have liked, so I went with Tile Masters. John was thorough about explaining the process. I had the kitchen, living room, hallway, hall bathroom and utility room tile and grout cleaned. It took him a little less than 2 hours. One complaint, however. I went to clean the baseboards after John left; and when I pulled out an antique on rollers to get to the baseboard, I noticed that he had not moved that piece of furniture and cleaned that section of floor. There was dust on the floor and there is still a rust mark on the floor from the roller. This makes me wonder if he chose not to clean other areas of the floor.

John was very prompt in getting back to me. He kept every appointment and was here when he said he would be. John is a great communicator and follows through on what he says. When he got here to do the work, I will admit that I was unsure of how the experience would be because of being burned by another company we had previously hired, but I was THOROUGHLY impressed with the work that was done and would recommend John to anyone looking to have tile cleaned. We plan to use John in the future for some tile repairs also and I will give another review at that time.

Arrived on time and ready to do the work, which was more involved than I had anticipated. Price was a bit higher than expected, but quality work, so satisfied overall and recommend John to others.
