Steve and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and flexible with every aspect and detail with regard to finishing our basement. Steve took the time to work with us on selecting final plans and features that all turned out great. It was a couple of years ago when Steve?s team completed the work so we?ve had some time to live in the new space and have enjoyed it very much. I would strongly recommend them for basement and bathroom remodeling.

Steve Gold met our price range, was more knowledgeable and conscientious about the details of finishing our basement than other contractors and was able to start sooner. His brother Robert oversaw the project with a skilled crew who took time to ask us about details and suggest better use of space than we had planned. They worked hard and steadily through the framing, insulation, and every step to make our dream come true. We doubled the size of our usable space and it's a thrill to see it all so beautiful.

The owner is hands on and makes sure the project goes as planned. The job they did, was done quickly. I was expecting to have to wait for months, but job was scheduled and complete within 10 days of estimate. I will use them again in the future for any job I need completed.

Tile One was the first time using Home Advisor. We needed a basement remodel that included a reconfiguration of the layout, demo, plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, texture, paint, tile, carpet and an egress window. We pulled permits and it didn’t slow them down. They were prepared, informative, considerate and respectful. They completed the project within the timeframe. I would definitely hire them again! I had a hard time finding a company to come out and do a rebuild after a major water leak in my bathroom. Steve came out gave me a propitiate day and started the next day. The crew were prompt and friendly. They dealt with my 3 large dogs very well actually becoming friends with them. They accommodated all of my requests and adapted to the products I bought. I have issues with my back and my knees so they took that into consideration when buying the bathtub getting one with a lower side. I will use them on future projects

In addition to a good job being done, they were very prompt in taking care of the job even though it was a small job. My past experience when trying to get a small job done by a handyman, it was impossible so I really appreciate Steve Gold, owner of Tile One Construction!
