Chris did an outstanding job installing the large flat backsplash tiles in our kitchen. We hired VersaTile to replace the grout and caulk in our primary bathroom shower. Our house was built in 2001 and the shower has seen better days. We love the tile in our shower and chose to replace the grout and caulk in lieu of replacing the whole shower with new tiles. I contacted Chris at VersaTile and sent him photos and scheduled an appointment for him to inspect our shower. Chris inspected our shower on a Sunday and gave us a fair price to do the job. He also checked to see if there was a possible water pan leak, which fortunately, there was not. He said that he could do the job on Tuesday. We hired him on the spot. He arrived at 9:00 that morning and completed the job within 6 hours. The shower came out gorgeous. It looks brand new, just like the day when we moved in. Chris is a perfectionist and worked continuously until the job was done. I highly recommend Chris at VersaTile and will use him for other projects in the future.

Chris expertly repaired shower tiles and floor perimeter from mildew and damage. The shower looks like new with fresh grouting/caulking . I am well pleased with his work and courteous demeanor.. Recommended for any tiling needs.

Chris was quick but detail oriented and even let me watch him while he worked (since I like to learn about handy work from the pros). The grout came out looking great and he charged 80% less than what another professional was estimating the job would cost. Couldnt have asked for better service from Chris.

Chris did what he said and listened to my concerns. Although I knew generally what I wanted, he offered creative decisions and searched out and presented options for tile styles and colors.. I love my shower..
