Tile Roof Specialists, Inc.

Very professional in approach to the work.Always on time and fair in pricing.Have used 3 times and always received the promised results.

Excellent care of our tile roof. These guys are the best. They answer the phone and show up on time. I will not let anyone else on our 30 year old tile roof. No leaks when they're done! Live beach side and deal with hurricanes.

We’ve been using Tile Roof Specialist for over 10 years. They’ve kept our tile roof looking great and leak free. Just recently Marshall came out and took care of a repair to keep our home owner’s insurance from not renewing our policy. Marshall is always a pleasure to deal with. He’s professional and kind. It’s comforting to have a company that’s trustworthy and does impeccable work.

I initially decided to use Tile Roof Specialists because they were the only company that could repair my roof without damaging my existing tiles. I had no spare tiles to use. I subsequently found Steve/Marshall to be honest, reasonable in pricing and reliable. They did what they said they would do and stood by their work. I have recommended them to my neighbors and would use them again if I ever needed another tile roof repair.

Excellent experience with Tile Roof Specialists. Marshall was fantastic to work with and clearly has a ton of experience with tile roofs. He took the time to carefully inspect everything, explain what needed to be repaired, and pay attention to how the finished repairs would look instead of just doing the quickest fix. Steve was also great throughout the process. Communication was easy, scheduling was straightforward, and everyone was friendly and professional. It’s rare to find a company where you feel like the people actually care about doing the job correctly and taking care of the customer. I’m really happy with the experience and would absolutely call Marshall and Steve again for any future tile roof repairs or maintenance. Highly recommend Tile Roof Specialists.

Grossly overcharged me for the job. No materials used, other than a little tar, and charged me nearly $1,900 for less than 2 hours of work. $950 an hour. At the time of the estimate, I was told that the job would take an entire day. Way too expensive for the work performed.
