Great value, conscientious staff re cleanup/noise/condo rules, quality work. Scheduling could be tighter - day wasted with nothing but 20 min work one day (of 4). As others mention, language a challenge a couple times ( I can do Spanish, staff does Portuguese) but Google translate comes through. Overall still recommend as professional, courteous, hard-working, good value.

Did an excellent job and was able the do the job right away after giving me a quote. This definitely eased my mind since I was worried about my place damaged from hurricane Nicole.

The owner of the company responded immediately to any questions I had.. The workers were on time each day and worked non-stop. The quality of work was superb! You can't go wrong with this company! My friend used them as well, with the same results

Very professional and friendly crew. Very good craftsmen. There was a bit of a language barrier because they are Brazilians and, spoke very little English but we overcame that problem.

The installer was from Brazil & spoke only Portuguese. Communicating was a bit awkward, but thanks to Google Translate, things went well. Juan was a pleasant, cooperative, craftsman. He started & finished the job on time.

They made a convenient appointment; were on time; gave me a very fair quote; started the job on time; completed the work in the time frame they quoted; and the price did not change. They delivered on their promises. I will use them for all my tile work.

Professional and excellent work

Although they each did a great job, none of the workers spoke English. One, however, used his cell phone as a translator. That worked well, overall.

We had a great experience while working with Tileworks for our project. The team came in and removed all of the old carpet and tile, and replaced the entire house with new tile. The floors turned out great, and we couldn’t be happier!
