Getting an estimate was easy and they were able to schedule the job within 3 days. Johnny was very efficient and left the room cleaner than he found it after the job was done. I will call them again the next time we need tile or caulk work!

We had a ton of tile/grout cleaning done along with caulking and removing old grout and tile and they did a great job. Even when there was a problem, Fidel cirrected it in a timely manner. The guarantee gives me confidence in their work.

Make sure you find out exactly what all will be done. We hired this company to fix some poor tile work done by another company. They fixed the tile but in doing so damaged the walls around the edges of the tile. When I asked if they were going to fix that they said no it was not part of their work. So I basically traded one problem for another. The tile work they did was good but it would have been nice if they made the entire project look good
Response by Tile, & Grout Experts: We went to repair tile that was installed incorrectly all around the edges, and we did let the customer know that we did not do any touch up paint, we did the repair it looked great. All that was left to do was painters caulking and touch up paint. We do let all customers know when there is going to be a need for paint.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
