Gave approximate costs for additional work and doubled the cost at billing. Twice initially refused to adjust cabinet doors after install stating that wasn't his responsibility. Poor finish work that he admitted to doing. Unqualified to install problem crown moulding and he said he would pay to have a professional install it. Forgot to remove squeaks in floor until own reminded him he agree to do it in writing. Owner had to remind him to install refrigerator tubing from reverse osmosis system which he should have installed prior to cabinet installation.

He was on timeand the finished product was great.

Company exhibited competence and professional quality work. They could have improved in communication when delays occurred due to machinery repair needs. Cleanup following work was good but not great.

My experience with Tile & Stone Concepts was worse than a nightmare. Everything that you could do wrong with concrete Marco did. First, his forms and pads were so bad that I had to hire another contractor to rip out what he did and redo it. In his quote he promised me he would use gravel and compact it, which he didn't do. That means that the 50 yards of concrete I had him pour are all riddled with cracks and is uneven. The worst part is he demanded to be paid more than his original bid to "fix" his mistakes, which he never did. After paying him $17,300, I still had to find someone to fix it.
