If I could give a worse rating I would. He was an absolute horror to deal with, he tried multiple times to increase his bid and manipulated my partner while I was at work to pay him extra. He screwed up the design and tried blaming us for ordering the wrong pavers. He still denied it after viewing the purchase order signed by both himself and myself. He failed to properly measure the height of the brick he installed compared the pre-installed asphalt he removed. He installed the new pavers higher than the garage floor so now, water gushes into our garage every time it rains. He overcharged us $5000, still denies that he was at fault and refuses to even attempt to fix the disaster he caused. It has cost us over $15k, and we still have to fix his drainage problem he created. Stay away from this company.

Paolo was very professional. He came to my house the same day I called him. His workers were very professional and nice. He called me all the time to update me. He showed up when he said he would. Would Definitely hire them again!!!!

Paolo responded to my inquiry very fast! The following day, he came to do an estimate, and the very next day they started work. I needed an external doorway sealed and turned into a wall. The work was complete in less than 2 days. Their speed was amazing, however, I do feel that quality was sacrificed. When the wall was being finished, Paolo came to check on his man performing the job. After they had been paid and the wall dried, it was very very noticeably not even. The interior side of where the doorway was turned into a wall had not been filled properly and you could see how the entire right side of the door dipped in. So, we had to get stuff to fill/even it out. They do not do the finishing work either. Meaning, they did not retexturize nor paint the walls. It wasn't until a week after did I notice what was outside as well. Because I was pregnant at the time, I did not spend much time outdoors in the heat, but one afternoon I ventured into the backyard. Being that Paolo's man had used our yard and hose outside to help with the project, I expected that they would clean up after themselves. But, behind the tree in the yard, I found where the man had dumped his excess cement. There was a watermelon-sized pile of rock hard cement that we had to later chisel away. Yes, I was impressed with the speed of their work, however their quality seemed rushed. If you do hire them, be present as they work. Check everything along the way, and do not pay completely until the job is done to your satisfaction. I wish that I had been more involved, however my pregnant state made me tired and a little careless. The doorway being worked on was in the now baby's room.

The tech did a great job and went out of his way to complete the work. Job was done in a very timely fashion.

Paola was super friendly, very quick to respond to all inquiries and the job was completed with in the time frame. It was a pleasure working with him and my new entry looks fantastic.
