Tilewerks did an OUTSTANDING job!! There work is detailed, and very professional. They deliver as promised, no excuses!! We are very pleased with their prompt response and professional services!! They are leader in their industry!!

I must have contacted 20 tile installers and contractors before I got lucky and found Bob of Tilewerks. He understood exactly what I wanted which was to replace the fiberglass shower pan so that our main bath and shower area would be tiled. His crew did the job promptly at a great price and did an absolutely beautiful job!

As a business owner myself I know how hard it is to get positive feedback even when you have happy clients so I'm taking the time to make this review for Tilewerks. I hired Bob and his crew to re-tile my bathrooms and fireplaces. Bob provided me with a fair and reasonable estimate and then proceeded to blow me away with his customer service. Bob paid attention to every detail on the job. His crew cleaned up the mess of construction every day, and the quality of work was phenomenal. His crew was courteous and talented and made my remodel into a pleasure instead of a pain. If you've hired contractors then you know it's hit or miss and a lot of times it's a miss. Not with Tilewerks. I'd hire Bob and his crew again any day!

Thomas from TG Design did the stone cutting and laid the granite. Included my husband and I with the entire process. Fabulous job would highly recommend them. Job was completed ahead of schedule too.

One of the workmen put a dent in the door of our refrigerator when the tile was being laid. Bob, owner of Tilewerks, replaced it - twice! (The first one turned out not to be magnetic.) And with no complaints!

Bob and his crew did a wonderful job on the floors throughout the condo and a great job on the backsplash. Bob was very patient with my requests for little details and allowed me to be a part of the team when designing transitions from one are to another and working around an existing french door threshold. The tile looks beautiful. Bob went an extra few miles in my case! Thanks!

These guys are artists with mosaic backsplash and marble tile. Very careful and conscientious.kind hearted and willing to go the extra mile.

This comment is about the HomeAdvisor service, not about the contractor: Of the recommended contractors you gave me, one (Tile Pros) did not have a legitimate State of California contractor's license, and a second one (Sears) does not do tile countertops (which is what I requested). Fortunately, your third recommendation (Tilewerks) was an excellent one. You need to do a better job of checking out your contractors before you recommend them. Regarding Tilewerks, I couldn't be more pleased. They do high quality work, their customer service is just outstanding, they are honest and straightforward, and they have decades of experience.

It's hard to find a hard working and very honest company in this business but Bob is the best. He went out of his way to fix other projects he found while installing the tile, removed and replaced (3) toilets and replaced the washer fixtures that were bad. I would highly recommend Tilewerks.

I had to fire the first company I hired bcause they couldn't follow instructions, and they took no pride in their work. The quality was terrible. Thankfully, I found Tilewerks. Bob was extremely knowlegable and really took the time to help us find what was right for us. The quality of work when all was done was excellent, and coming from me, that says alot, because I am very meticulous.

Experienced company with a talent for tile work and a skilled eye for design. We look forward to working them again in the future.

Walter did a fantastic job of cutting and laying our octagon and dot mosaic in our tight cornered, small bathroom. Bob was additionally keen to make sure we were satisfied and we really appreciated the customer service they provided. I gave only four stars on quality because they had to make a few return visits, but I want to express my overall satisfaction and joy with our bathroom makeover. WOW! Believe all the great reviews here about Bob and Tilewerks. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Walter installed my glass mosaic backsplash beautifully, and Bob helped with some other issues as well. Even though this project was small they treated me like I was having a complete remodel. Do yourself a favor and call Bob first before you buy or plan anything; he offers great advice and service. We will definitely use Tilewerks again! Thank you Service Magic!

I hired them without even meeting Bob face to face but he was very prompt in getting back to me, up front about the time he had between other jobs, and him and his workers did an excellent job of laying slate on my floors. I definitely plan on using them for the last room I need done, and would recommend them for any tile job.
