Dan gutted our 2 bathrooms and made improvements to our master bedroom, creating new closet space and adding barn doors. Dan is a very honest, down to earth guy. He supported and respected our taste, but gently guided us toward particular aspects of design and detail that we would’ve never thought of. He spent hours with us in tile stores to help us decide what would look best for us. He made himself available to us at all times, and even watered our garden for us while we were away on vacation during part of the renovation. His attention to detail is outstanding. He helped us consider options that would be the easiest to clean, the most practical and the most beautiful. He even came back a year after the renovation to make sure the work maintained its integrity. I would highly recommend Dan for your project. He has a team that he works with to round out the job (carpenters, plumbers, glass customization). We will certainly use his talents again on a future project in our home.

Dan and his team completely renovated our full upstairs hall bathroom. He provided us with a detailed estimate along with suggestions on where we could locate finished products to best meet our needs. He was extremely responsive to all of our communications. His price was fair and the work was excellent. He started the project on time and finished on time. Everyone on his team was professional and hard working. Dan renovated our small upstairs hallway bathroom into a beautiful, serene space. Dan is patient, neat and detail-oriented. He offered such helpful suggestions throughout the process from recommendations for toilets, tubs, vanity color and places to look for tile other than those that advertise. His work is impressive and all of his suggestions really helped to elevate the design of our bathroom and exceed our expectations. Our downstairs bathroom is our next renovation project and we wouldn't consider anyone else but Dan to do the work.

When Dan came to my house for an estimate, he showed up with booties on his boots to protect my floors. I showed dan what I needed done, a kitchen backsplash, drywall repair and trim around the kitchen window he had a great way to finish it off. Everything looks great, Dan is knowledgeable in his work, very professional and a great guy would use him again and again

My wife found Dan through a Home Advisor search. We did a complete full bathroom remodel/reconfiguration. Dan left an immediate overwhelming positive impression the first time he came out. He provided design and reconfigure consultation that we were expecting to use a separate designer and/or architect for. His past work speaks for itself and he has a tremendous amount of experience and examples to pull from to offer suggestions that aligned with our tastes just from speaking through the project with him. Dan is extremely professional and courteous and maintained impeccable cleanliness and constant communication throughout the job. In addition to his promoted services, Dan is skilled in all areas of home improvement and completed some other handyman services throughout the project. I highly recommend him for any project. I plan on contacting him for any future work I need done.

After thoroughly researching and receiving bids for our master bathroom remodel, we chose Dan to complete the work. There was certainly some hesitation to hire anyone, as we had never hired a contractor before. The hesitation quickly disappeared. Although somewhat quiet at times, Dan is professional and friendly. Dan is certainly well qualified in all aspects of a remodel job, and he really shines as a master tiler. Dan's work is impeccable. He is very detail-oriented, and understands the different challenges that can be faced during the entire process. Due to a lighting issue with the sun coming through the skylight, Dan noticed after installing subway tile on one of the shower walls that the wall was bowed, causing several tiles to be out of alignment, which was only noticeable when the sun circled the skylight, leaving a noticeable shadow. He pointed this out to us, and took the additional time to correct the issue by tearing out the affected tiles and redoing them. Dan's estimate was well below the other two bids we received, making our remodel project a great value. Dan was provided a key to our home, allowing him to come and go as needed during the day when we were at work. Dan respected our home as it were his own, and made sure the floors were protected at all times, despite the carpet being in need of replacement. I very rarely take the time to write a review online, but Dan's work is so good, he deserves it. We will certainly be repeat customers, and will be having Dan remodel our second full bathroom next year.

A friend recommended I try HomeAdvisor. We had just experienced 2 terrible contractors who either didn't show up to start the job, or one who started my job and then emailed me to say he wouldn't be able to finish it. Needless to say; I wasn't sure who I would find on HomeAdvisor. We met with Dan, and he seemed to be everything we were looking for, so we just hoped he would be willing to take on our job. Fortunately for us, Dan remodeled our bathroom and we couldn't be happier. Dan not only delivered everything he promised, he also helped us save money with different ideas & options with the plumbing, so we didn't have to order an expensive custom shower door. Dan even offered to finish the job the other contractor had left unfinished. We won't consider using anyone else but Dan, for any of our future projects, even if that means putting off the job until Dan can fit us into his schedule. We feel so lucky and blessed that we found Dan, he's a true professional who genuinely takes pride in his work and wants his customers to love the project when it's finished. If you're lucky enough to get Dan as your contractor, you won't be disappointed. We look forward to future projects with Dan.

Dan did an amazing job. He helped me with my design and I am so happy with the results. He is truly a perfectionist and a professional. I have never had anyone in my house that cleaned up like that. I didn’t have to do anything because I did not see any dust from his work in any part of my home. I would recommend him to anyone. I can not say enough good things about Dan. I hired him for a kitchen backsplash that I needed to be done in a timely manner due to an upcoming event at my home. Dan fit us into his schedule, however, he never made us feel like the project was rushed, and in fact, spent 2 late evenings at our home in order to complete the job. FULL version: Of 9-10 bids for our bathroom from reputable contractors, Dan provided the only true *estimate.* It was detailed and easy to understand, clearly outlined scope of work, defined exactly what materials we are responsible for, and which he takes care of, proposed clear timelines for work and payment schedule. He really stood apart from verbal ballpark quotes and unclear handwritten quotes. As we hoped, this attention to detail carried through to the rest of the job. He never took the easy or short way, he did everything the right way. He solicited our input for all decisions, and we learned on his expertise and (surprisingly great) design eye for several design suggestions that made a huge difference in the bathroom aesthetics. He is tidy, kept the work contained to the bathroom as much as possible and covered all of the floors and stairs every morning before he began. Dan saved us HOURS of time by making multiple stops at floor and decor and to a hardware store to pick up everything for the job as it was ready. He even returned the unused tile for a refund. He then followed up with us a month after the project was complete. So, dont hesitate. We will absolutely hire Dan for our next major project. I cant imagine a better contractor experience. Dan is a perfectionist, which is what you want in a contractor. He listens to what you want and asks questions when he's not sure. He's tiled three spaces for me: 2 bathrooms and kitchen backsplash.
