Gary was so easy to work with. He explained in detail issues involved in the home inspection and exactly what needed to be done. I appreciate the fact that he had to no problem accommodating my time frame since I work. Will definitely call him in the future for advice.

New to the area we have had several experiences with people setting up an appointment time and then just being very late and not calling. Gary called the day before asking if he could come an hour later because he had to pick something up and still ended up showing up nearly at the original time. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. Friendly, polite and explained everything.

If you are not a handiman, you need Gary Tiller! Mr Tiller is a true professional. He took time to explain his findings as he progressed and he followed up with me a few days later to address any questions. His attention to detail is reflected in his report - I love having pictures along with the writeup. I will be calling him every couple of years just to check the condition of my retirement home.
