His salesman was complete, courteous. accurate. His office staff was the same. The jnstall was started and completed in an expert timely manner and contract fulfilled. Install took place on a very hot day and most of work was in an atic so I was impress by Tim.

Everyone I had contact with was very professional & courteous. Tim actually installed the A/C himself. He arrived on tiime & completed the installation in a timely & orderly manner.

I'm not an HVAC professional, but have done maintenance of my HVAC units for many years. There are plenty of disasters out there and not easy to avoid. Learn as much as you can and don't trust what everyone says. Also, don't assume that the highest price means the best installation. I was very pleased with the professional installation of an Amana heat pump by Tim Benjamin and his crew, which included plenum work and moving the air handler, probably the best installation work that I have seen actually. I was so pleased that I will eventually have them do another, so I have no regrets in recommending them to you. Their price was reasonable too

Angelo from Tim Benjamin came out took a look at my AC. Told me exactly what was wrong with it fixed the problem in 1 minute and told me how to prevent the problem from happening again. Could not be happier.

Only one willing to help on week-end prior to hiring. Does all work himself. Very thorough. Fixed and replaced faulty duct-work. A lot of attention to detail. Explained everything and complied with agreement. Cared enough to assist in providing AC immediately to elder heart patient. Replaced entire system from a two ton to a four ton with upgraded lines and ductwork. Charged a reasonable fee compared to other estimates that didn't even look at what I needed.

Excellent, I would recommend him to anybody.
