The absolute worst !!! My mother has cancer and this man took 800 plus for a service not done !!! We reached out to him the first time and told him something was not right and he bs about coming back ! He then finally came back after begging my mom to delete her review first talking about protecting his name and ?.. here we are again with the same thing! Not fixed ! Last time he came he left our house a mess !!!!!!!! Dirt ? everywhere! The town of Warsaw asked did he go under the house and neither time did! He used an electric snake for a temporary fix !!!!!! How dare you take that kind of money from my mom for a half done job !!!!!!

Tim was on time and worked hard to clear the drain pipe. He did find the problem, tree roots.

He was polite and professional! Communications were clear. His pricing was affordable. And his service fee is included in the cost of the repair vs a service fee and repair charge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everything went well

Called and was here by the end of the day and completed the job within a couple of hours. He was up front about pricing, it costed a little more than I expected but the job turned out to be a little more difficult than I expected. Overall was good to go.

Tim was quick, professional, courteous and clean. He even Made a follow up call to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family! He also was great on communication before the visit and that is extremely important to me when you are counting on someone to do what they say and say what they do. Great experience!

Agreed on price came to location charged double for the same thing clogged toilet saying it needed to be snaked which was originally agreed at 180 charged the owner a different price of 360 cause embarrassment for me as a associate of the place
