Get as many estimates as you like, but then call Tim Davidson, you will be pleasantly surprised at how straightforward he on the front end and how detail-oriented he is as the job progresses and how clean his crews leave the workplace. I hired Tim Davidson to repair the railing around a wood deck. He completed the work but left a pile of debris in my yard. I told him to remove the debris and he stated it would be removed by bulk trash collection several days later. This soured my overall experience. We agreed that I would pay him with an electronic bank check on a specified date. The check was sent but did not post the same day to his account and he sent me a threatening text about paying my bill. When I sent him the bank confirmation of the check, he retracted his threats, however, he does not live by his own rules. I paid for materials directly and he charged me for the materials too. We both recognized the mistake and he agreed to repay the money. It has now been THREE (3) months and he has yet to refund my materials costs. Now, Tim Davidson has decided not to return my calls, emails, or texts. So he threatened me with legal action for payment and now refuses to pay me the $115 he owes me.

Tim Davidson Construction is very professional. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family members. They cleaned up and hauled things off with out being asked. Did roofing, siding and framing.

Tim and his crew came out and completed the repair the same day of contact. There was a slight problem that was missed but Tim came back and made it right. Overall very happy with the repair.

Tim was great. Got a call within a few minutes and he scheduled everything the next day. Within a matter of a few hours the leaky roof was fixed. My only complaint was that the old shingles/nails were left in the yard and were not taken away when the job was complete. Still finding roofing nails in the yard.

Tim called before coming to let us know he was on the way. He arrived promptly. He assessed the situation and gave us a quote. He went and purchased supplies and the leak was fixed within a couple of hours. He took pictures before and after so we could see the damage and that the roof was fixed. He cleaned up the area. He gave us a receipt and warranty for the work. Based on our experience I would definitely recommend him for a job.
