My man had a pluming issue that cost him a lot of money and Tim Ferguson plumbing left him without water for a facing week and weekend and on top of that they was charging $285 an hour. They said the leak was under the driveway and they had to tear the driveway up in order to fix the the leak, they said they go through the bedroom and hall wall to reach the pluming, they left f****** holes in the wall and the hallway so he was very upset and told them to fix what they started and paid them and decided to get a second opinion because if the driveway was broken up that would cost him more f***** money. *** comes and they did not have to break the driveway up and they said that Tim Ferguson plumbing should not had to come in the house period and they had everything fixed in 2hr with a 25 year warranty, Tim Ferguson plumbing are some f****** shysters so be leery when dealing with this company do homework and most definitely get you a second opinion

Tyler and Cameron, the Technicians, for Tim Ferguson Plumbing here in Memphis, TN, are the Best. Their punctuality professionalism, knowledge, and skills are Excellent. I recommend them very Highly. We had used Garrett and they were awesome. We had a gas leak that needed to be repaired quickly and Garrett could 't get to us for a few days. We called Tim Ferguson because we were going to be without hot water. Tim Ferguson explained the process that they would be out the next morning, give an estimate to be signed, go to the city for a work permit, and once the permit was issued begin work. This was Tuesday morning they came at 8:15. No estimate was presented or signed. They came back later Tuesday morning, said they had a permit and completed work and they put a 40 lbs pressure test on the line that had to maintain at 40 lbs for 12 hours then the city building inspector could evaluate, tag that it, OK, and you could reconnect. 12 hours would have been up at 2:30 am Wednesday. My husband called at 8 am Wednesday to follow up and he was told we were at the mercy of the city inspector and that office and that office did not get in a hurry. We waited until 2 pm on Wednesday and called the city building inspectors' office ourselves when we were told that Tim Ferguson had not filed for the work permit as they said they had. We called Tim Ferguson about this and spoke with Brian Ferguson who said the building inspectors office had told 2 of their customers the same thing. He said the city had deducted payment for the permit from their account and that he was looking at the permit in front of him. He said he would contact the building inspector's office and take care of it. On Thursday we contacted the city inspectors office again who said they still had no application for a permit. After many conversations with various people at Tim Fergusons, we were finally told by Paula Marrow the admin assistant at the building inspector's office that the permit request was received electronically Friday morning and the building inspector was scheduled to come out the following Monday. After many requests to various people at Tim Ferguson, including Brian Ferguson by my husband in person, no one produced any proof that they had filed for the building permit on Tuesday as we were told. We wanted this to take issue with the city. The only thing Tim Ferguson produced was the permit that was issued on Friday and dated Fridays date. We were told this was all they could produce and would produce. All the staff at Tim Fergusons were all too ready to throw the building inspectors' office under the bus but never produced the proof they said they had. It is unfortunate but it appears that Tim Ferguson is not honest and forthright. Go to Garrett!

Used connectors not rated for aluminum with my aluminum wiring. They left switches and outlets with wall plates that were not flush to the wall and were not straight. They did things the easy way instead of the better looking and instead of the up-to-code way.

Jared and Jason were very professional in the removal and installation of our water heater. Impressed with their attention to protect our home while handling the movement of the water heater. Great job, guys!

Their customer service is excellent. The technician arrived on time and called before he arrived. He listened to my concerns and provided options before starting the work. I am highly pleased with Ferguson Plumbing and will call them again for my next plumbing work.

Repairman showed up on time and quickly fixed my problem. I made an appointment by phone. The repairman called me about 20 minutes before he arrived. I had no problems whatsoever.

Tim Fergunson Plumbing scheduled an appointment the next day. I was assured that no work would be done until the entire scope of the project and the cost were explained. The plumber called before arriving and arrived within the 2-hour scheduled arrival time. The plumber was professional and drained the water from my meter. He showed me the problem and after digging in my front lawn, quoted me a price. During the conversation he discovered I was a veteran and gave me a 10% discount. After finding my age, he gave me another 10% discount. I am highly pleased with Ferguson Plumbing. Their staff are awesome. From the lady who answered my call to my completed plumbing job, I am well pleased.
