Stewart and Tim were excellent! I had only a small job for them to do and Stewart still put in a lot of time and effort to find me exactly what I wanted. I also had a carpet shipped from out of state and they were willing to install it (while other installers will not). The installation went great...I have no complaints! I would definitely use them again.

I hired Stuart to install carpeting in my home.While there where issues with the install it is complete.However he has not provided me with any receipt or warranty information.Stuart has failed to return my calls.My wife feels we where scammed and we may have an inferioir quality carpet from the one that was quoted.

I am very satisfied and pleased with the quality of service Stewart Sullivan provided for me. He and his team installed carpet on the second floor of my house. This was a large job (~2000 ft2) and I really like the final results. Stewart was very professional, helpful and patient during the pre-sale process. I actually picked the carpet at Home Depot and Stewart was able to find a similar carpet for a cheaper price. His labor pricing is also very competitive. He showed up on time, was very prompt, polite and provided good quality service. I would definitely recommend Stewart to anyone who would ask for references.

We had a rocky start with Stewart, but most of that was my fault. Stewart and his guys did a great job replacing the carpeting on one floor of our long and narrow North End condo. They got a 30-foot length of carpet into the building, a feat in and of itself, and installed it in a single piece. It took two days.

I would recommend this contractor for laying the floors as they did a great job with that. I would not recommend them based on the finish work that was done. The last day of finishing the project took a long time to get the finish work done and they ran out of materials. That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting for it to be finished. I love my new floors but am disappointed that I paid in full for a job that is not yet finished. If I had held back some of the final payment I think that I would be more of a priority to finish the small amount that needs to be done.

I want to report that we found Tim Sullivan flooring through your web site. We found the firm to do excellent workmanship, in a professional yet friendly manner. We could not be happier with the laminate floors and the carpets installed. We still cannot believe how wonderful everything looks. We also found that they had numerous helpful suggestions while they went above and beyond in doing special extras.

Stewart Sullivan contacted me and gave me information and possible costs. The price was right. He sent me pictures of carpet samples in an email. He came to the house on a holiday weekend with samples and made measurements. He arrived with the owner of the company for the job on time and they did the whole house within a day. He suggested we could save money by reusing the padding we already had because it was in good shape. He helped me solve other house problems which he spontaneously offered to help me with. Overall, an excellent experience.

So far so good I have not had my job completed at this time

We would like to state that we had prompt and courteous service with quality work done by the company you recommended. Tim removed and installed new carpet and vinyl floor in our RV. We are very pleased!
