"Pleasure meeting you. Many years of enjoyment from your Moen faucet."
"Thanks for taking the time to make a review for my business!"
"Thanks for the review, you were easy to work with and I'm glad you're happy with the job!"
"Thanks for the review, it was a pleasure to meet you! I love to make sure each customer knows all his/her options and is then able to choose the best and most cost effective way to solve the problem. There is no sense in spending money that does not need to be spent. I look at cleaning up any mess that I might make sometimes unavoidable during the job, as part of the job."
"Linda I am so sorry that you were not completely happy with the job. When I left for the day I asked if there was any thing else I could do to make you happy, you said "no I'm good". I always make an effort to make the repair with the least cost to the customer. If this involves making a couple trips for parts and taking extra time to complete the job without ordering larger more expensive parts then that is what I do and I did in this case. Most customers are very happy to have me save them money by not having to buy more expensive parts.Your water heater was over 7 years old so there was no void on the warranty. I significantly discounted your bill on both jobs only charging a minimum $75 diagnostic fee for several hours work due to the inconvenience of not having hot water temporarily. I did not even charge you for parts. Basically I gave 100% towards satisfying you as a customer. In the end I offered to return with the parts on order and make the repairs. You chose not to proceed. The damaged part was the reason you called me for repair, and was not caused by me. If you would have allowed me to continue, my cost to you would have been much cheaper than the other guy. I shut the unit down and gas turned off as I deemed it unsafe to use until repaired. I'm really not sure why you chose to go the expensive route and waited almost as long as you would have. Of course it is your prerogative to choose what you want to do. I truly wish you luck in the future!"
"Ty, it was fun getting to know you and your business. Thanks for the review!"
"It really was a pleasure to meet both of you, thanks for the review!"
"Thanks! Making sure that my customers are happy is very important to me and my business."
"I do appreciate your review. It was good talking with you. Let me know if there is anything else I can do!"
"Thank you for taking time to leave a review. I know it's a stressful time when you come home and water has leaked on the floor due to a failed inlet valve. Glad I was able to come out and take care of it right away and hopefully alleviate any concerns."
"On 1/117 I diagnosed and repaired a problem with a fridge of no water at the dispenser. I followed up that night to confirm that everything was working fine. Lucy, the customer said that yes water was flowing and thanked me for checking (No mention of the successful repair and follow up was in the review) Scott G. who appears here as John G? (not sure why he's using an alias here, maybe because he's a high ranking officer in the air force, not wanting to be associated with a negative and questionable review?) asked me for a military discount which I happily gave as my policy for respecting our valued military. I heard nothing about any alleged damage until 7 months later when I saw this review. I contacted the customer and tried to resolve the issue but too much time had passed. Anyone or anything could have done the damage they claimed in that time frame. This type of behavior just isn't me. The responsibility of the customer being honest and prudent would be to bring any issue up at the time and have it resolved in a timely manner when everything is fresh. This did not happen. I'm sure that if this customer really thought that I did damage, he would have written this review immediately and asked me to resolve it, not 7 months later when they think they need a new floor and help paying for it."
"I appreciate you taking the time out to review my company. I'm glad that it was just a sock caught in the dryer exhaust fan and nothing else. Although it was took a little time to find it, I'm glad that it wasn't a more serious repair and thus was able so save you money."
"Thanks for the review( consumer name withheld per their request), it was really a pleasure to work for you!"
"Eric, thank you for the prompt positive review of my work. I also want to thank you again for your service to our country. It's Important to me, and I'm sure it is to others. I didn't think of it when I was there but if you hire me again make sure to ask for the military/veteran discount."
