John and his crew kept us informed as to what they were going to do each day and even because of rain delays, came back on Sunday to finish the job. They were able to schedule the flat roof work within one week and were very responsive when we asked them to come back out to take care of an overlooked area (they came back out the very next day). They answered my phone calls and emails promptly and I was never left wondering what the plan was. Great work and great customer service.

These are very nice people, the kind you would want to be friends with. They are not tradesmen. scupper boxes not installed level, gutters not straight. The kind of job that will work just fine but looks bad. I spent two hours working to make it look better.

They did a fabulous job. We had drainage problems for over 30 years and I feel we finally have a handle on the problem. I suggested how to do the job and Jim pointed out a better way, that is a way that will work. I couldn't be happier with the appearance of the drains. I have already recommended this service to my neighbor who has the same type of problem.
