They responded to my request for a quote quickly and scheduled a day to come examine the job. They came out on the specified day, looked at what needed to be done, and thoroughly explained what they would do, what the work involved was, and outlined some finishing options we could choose from. They provided a written quote in 48 hours. The job was completed when specified, the work quality was excellent! Was very happy throughout the whole process working with this company, their communication is excellent, and a little lighthearted at times which I enjoy.

I had several diverse handyman projects. After discussing options with Joe, it was easier to decide what to proceed with and what to rethink. Kortnie was super nice and easy to work with as well. All the work performed was quality work. Joe connected an exhaust hose to an A/C unit, moved a drain hose to exit the exterior brick wall, patched several drywall areas where leaking had occurred, recarpeted garage steps, attached a downspout, fixed a stuck door and my wobbly fan. That is all I can remember!

I was very disappointed int he work that was performed, he id not do professional work and my deck looks the same as before. And he refused to come back unless more money was paid. I paid 2200

You received many extras at no charge. We offered to do the extended repairs you requested after you approved our original work for materials only, but you declined. We feel we have done everything we could to try and make you happy. Arbitration requested by customer ruled in favor of Timber Creations LLC for providing all services in original estimate. We stand by our work and pride ourselves on honesty."

I am a Real Estate Broker and hired Timber Creations to handle repairs on a listing prior to putting it on the market. Joe and Kortnie were punctual and extremely professional. They handled my entire punch list, including repairing master shower, replacing front door jamb, installing lighting, installing appliances, drywall repair, and more. They did an excellent job and will be my go-to for repairs/installation on listings moving forward. Highly recommend!!

The folks from Timber Creations are very customer focused and do really good work at a reasonable price. I had a large fence job repair project for a 20 year old fence, which required some creative thinking in a couple of areas and Timber Creations shined. They do what they say they will do and at the time they commit to; again customer focused, friendly, and does great work. I highly recommend Timber Creations and will not hesitate to use them again.
